 Manager Smart Automation 

The FS.AI Smart Automation team will be focused on bringing RPA/AI/ML capabilities to existing Risk Management initiatives with the objective of increasing the overall adoption of emerging technologies including robotics. The team will be responsible for partnering with Client Risk Management, and Technology Services to: 

 Work with Client Partner to ensure all the elements are in place for the rapid deployment of client RPA, AI, and other related advanced technologies, conforming to FS.AI Scaffolding™ methodology including infrastructure requirements, vendor licensing agreements and stakeholder execution team members. 

 Complete client survey and inventory of adopted RPA technologies BPM systems for proper gap analysis to assure proper tool analysis and selection and to ensure best practice adoption across businesses and functions 

 Support opportunity identification, business case development, funding and execution of complex projects, where needed 

 Oversee RPA and advanced technologies programs 

Responsibilities: 

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer and solutions designer who will lead our efforts working directly with stakeholders in Risk and Operational Resilience Management 

 Bachelor’s degree with 5 years or more years’ experience in financial services 

 Substantial experience in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML) and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) robotics project evaluation, analysis, design, and implementation 

 Substantial experience in Business Architecture & Strategic Planning for systems 

 Familiarity with Risk Management concepts and experience in supporting Risk Management systems is a substantial plus. 

 Ability to provide AI-driven solutions – including solving for unstructured document processing, natural language generation and machine learning approaches within enterprise systems 

 Demonstrated effectiveness in Leadership roles in transformational Risk Management and/or Financial Services initiatives 

 Excellent skills in communication, presentation, influencing others, negotiations, and leading diverse, geographically dispersed teams 

 Ability to facilitate discussions and drive group meetings to arrive at a consensus 

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables and ad-hoc requests 

 Demonstrated management experience in a matrix team environment 

Education 

 BS or MS in Computer/ Artificial Intelligence /Cognitive Science or equivalent experience
